1.Shipping Method:

We use EMS express to ship the parcels.The parcel will be sent by courier to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase. Please allow 6-8 days for delivery of your handbags. Keep in mind it may take up to 2-3 days before the online tracking has updated your package. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.

If your tracking number starts with M or V then your package has been shipped with UPS and you should track at www.ups.com If your tracking number starts with EA then your package has been shipped by EMS. In this case you should track your package on your national postal service website.

2.Shipping fee:

Zone 1 Countries(US,CA,UK,GB,FR,AU,JP,SG,MY,BE,DK,FI,GR,IE,MT,NO,CH,DE,SE,ES,AT,NZ,TH,ID,PH)

the shipping fee  it is like this:

#1. 1-2pcs items order, the shipping fee is 35usd.

#2. 3-4pcs items order, the shipping fee is 39.5usd.

#3. and it is free shipping if the order is 5pcs or above one time.

Zone 2 Countries(RU,TR,AE,KW,IL,HR,BY,CZ,LV,HU,PL,RO,UA,BG,KZ,KY,QA,IR,BR,NP,JO)

the shipping fee is like this:

#1. 55usd for the first item

#2.10usd/pcs for the extra items.

3.Return Policy:

You must get a Return Authorization from us before sending anything back.Return request must be no later than 3 bunisess days from the day you received it. You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out when we pick up the returns,we will be looking for your tracking numbers. The product must be returned unused and in the orininal condition you received it in,with all original packaging and no signs of wear.Used products connot be credited back or exchanged for a new product.By wearing the product the first time,our refund/exchange policy is void.The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
